General Information and Payment Policies

At Interface, our goal is to deliver the highest level of care to our patients in a comfortable environment. In order to ensure a smooth transition through our office, we will be happy to provide you with completed insurance forms to facilitate your communication with your third party provider.

We are pleased to accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, debit, and certified cheque/money order for payment on the day of treatment. We regret that we are no longer able to accept personal cheques.

For hospital procedures, half of the surgical fee is to be paid 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date for the surgery. The balance is due on the day of surgery, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please note that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your level of insurance coverage as we do not bill insurance companies directly for our fees.
